Leave these out for Santa and you will surely get on the nice list! These Choco Hazel Truffles are a delicious, mini bit packed with a chocolate lover’s dream: Belgian made, no added sugar, only 2g of sugar per serving, it’s almost too good to be true!

Prep Time: 20 Minutes 

Cook Time: 5 Minutes 

Yields: 10-12 Truffles

Course: Snacks/Dessert 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream  
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter  
  • teaspoon vanilla extract  
  • 2 oz rum, optional  
  • 1 ¼ cup dark chocolate, chopped  
  • ½ cup choco hazel  
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder 

Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and unsalted butter until the butter melts. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and rum optionally. Mix well.  
  2. Pour the heavy cream mixture over chopped chocolate, gently mix until the chocolate melts. Further add GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel and mix to combine.   
  3. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Once the chocolate mixture is set, scoop about a tablespoon quantity and roll into lime sized balls. Coat the choco hazel truffles with cocoa powder and serve.   
  4. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Get ready to warm up your holiday spirits with this Hot Toddy! It's like a cozy blanket for your taste buds. Infused with ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and a touch of bourbon, it's the perfect companion for chilly nights. Sip, savor, and let the festive warmth fill your heart.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes 

Cook Time: 10 Minutes 

Yields: 2 cups

Course: Drinks 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups water  
  • ¼ inch fresh ginger, crushed  
  • 3 whole cloves  
  • 3 2-inch cinnamon sticks  
  • 1 star anise  
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice  
  • 2 tablespoon sweet like syrup  
  • 3 oz bourbon   
  • 2 lemon wheels, garnish  
  • 3 inch cinnamon stick, garnish

 

Instructions: 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to boil, add crushed ginger, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise and reduce the heat to medium low and continue to simmer for 7 minutes.  
  2. Once the mixture is infused with spices, remove from heat, add lemon juice, sweet like syrup and bourbon whiskey.   
  3. Strain the mixture and divide between 2 glasses and serve warm.

#3 Vegan Christmas Cookies   

Vegan Christmas Cookies

Rolling into the holiday season with a batch of Vegan Christmas Cookies that are as joyful to make as they are to eat! These plant-based delights, featuring GOOD GOOD Jam, will have you singing carols in the kitchen. So, grab your rolling pin, sprinkle some flour, and let the cookie magic unfold.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes (excluding chilling time) 

Cook Time: 10 Minutes 

Yields: 25 sandwich cookies

Course: Dessert 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of vegan butter, softened 
  • 2/3 cup of white granulated sugar or sugar alternative 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste 
  • 3 tablespoons of water, room temperature 
  • 1 7/8 cup of all-purpose flour 
  • Powdered sugar for dusting 
  • 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon of a GOOD GOOD spread in the flavor of your choice. 
  • 2 inch round cookie cutter

 

Instructions: 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl or in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the softened butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla together until slightly paler and fluffier. No need to whip in a ton of air; we’re mostly relying on baking powder for lift, not air. You can do this by hand, with an electric hand mixer, or in a stand mixer.
  2. Add the water and mix until it’s incorporated.
  3. Add the flour and mix on low speed until it’s fully incorporated; careful not to overmix.
  4. Cover the dough or wrap it up and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
  5. When you’re ready to start rolling it out, preheat your oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment or silicone baking mats.
  6. To roll it out, you can either do it in between 2 pieces of parchment or on a lightly floured surface.
  7. Roll it out to a bit less than ¼ inch thick and cut out your cookies. Make sure you have an equal amount of whole cookies and cookies with the center cut out. I used a 2 inch round cookie cutter, which yielded 25 sandwich cookies.
  8. Place the cookies on the baking sheets with a bit of space between them; they won’t spread too much. Bake them for about 10 minutes. They’ll still be white, but the entire surface should be matte and set.
  9. Let them cool for 5 minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once they’ve cooled, dust all the top cookies with powdered sugar. Place about 1 tsp of GOOD GOOD Jam on the bottom cookie (on the side that was in contact with the baking sheet) and sandwich it with the dusted cookie. Repeat until you’ve assembled all your sandwich cookies.
  11. They’re now ready to serve!

Healthy Popcorn Balls

Pop, lock, and roll with these Healthy Popcorn Balls! Made with GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar and Creamy Peanut Butter, they're a snack that'll have you doing a happy dance. Whip up a batch, and get ready for a popcorn party in your mouth.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes 

Cook Time: 5-6 Minutes 

Yields: 10-12 popcorn balls

Course: Snacks 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter  
  • ¼ cup GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar  
  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows  
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  
  • A pinch of salt  
  • ½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter  
  • 6-8 cups popped popcorn  

 

Instructions: 

  1. Pop the popcorn according to the package instructions to make about 6-8 cups.  
  2. In a large skillet on a medium heat, add butter and GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar, once the butter started melting add the marshmallows, stir continuously until it is melted.  
  3. Add GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter, vanilla extract and salt to the marshmallow mixture, mix until combined. Remove from heat.   
  4. Add the popcorn, stir quickly until it is well coated. Wear plastic gloves and apply non-stick spray to your hand, since the mixture will he hot.   
  5. Work quickly to make balls with popcorn mixture before the popcorn mixture dries out.  Let the popcorn balls set for 30 minutes and enjoy!  
  6. Store these popcorn balls in an air-tight container at room temperature.

  • A bottle of dry red wine  
  • orange, sliced into rounds  
  • 1/3 cup cranberries  
  • ¼ cup sweet like sugar  
  • 1-inch cinnamon sticks  
  • 6 whole cloves  
  • star anise

Instructions: 

  1. Add the ingredients in the medium saucepan, and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.  
  2. Once the mixture is infused with spices, remove from heat, strain the spices. Divide between glasses and serve warm with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cup almond flour  
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder  
  • ½ teaspoons ground ginger  
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg  
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt  
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature  
  • ½ cup GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Sugar 
  • 1 large egg, room temperature  
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

Ingredients for icing: 

  • ½ cup GOOD GOOD Powdered Sweet Like Sugar  
  • tablespoons almond/ coconut milk  
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract  

Instructions: 

  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, plain yogurt and sweet like sugar until fluffy and creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined.  
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg to the butter mixture. Mix until the dough forms.   
  3. Flatten the dough to form disc, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.  
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.  
  5. Roll the dough in a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness. Using the gingerbread man cookie cutter cut out the cookies and transfer to the prepared baking sheet 1 inch apart.  
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.  
  7. Let the cookies cool for about 30-45 minutes in a wire rack.   
  8. Meanwhile prepare the icing for the decoration. In a small bowl, mix powdered sweet like sugar, coconut milk and vanilla extract to the desired consistency.  
  9. Transfer the icing mixture to the piping bag and decorate the cookies once they are completely cooled. Let the icing set for few minutes and serve.   
  10. Store the cookies in an air-tight container for about 2 weeks at room temperature.
