These Crispy Tofu Bites, specially crafted for the team that savors bold flavors. Experience the perfect balance of saltiness and crunch, complemented by the creaminess that begs to be paired with our delectable peanut butter sauce for a truly satisfying dip.

Crispy Tofu Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

For the tofu:
14 oz extra firm tofu
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili paste
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
5 tbsp cornstarch
Peanut sauce:
½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sweetener of your choice


Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, chili, lime juice, and sesame oil in
a small mixing bowl and whisking thoroughly to combine. Set aside.
3. Cut pressed tofu into cubes and add to a large plate. Top with soy sauce, chili, sesame oil, and
sweetner. Gently toss to combine using hands or a spoon. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Add cornstarch 1 tbsp at a time and toss to coat. Continue adding more cornstarch and tossing
until tofu is fully coated.
5. Transfer tofu to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Add cooked tofu to a bowl and add peanut sauce to coat. Stirring frequently, until the tofu is fully
coated with peanut sauce.
7. Enjoy as is or with rice!

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 block of tofu
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp. coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 tsp. Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Juice of 0.5 lime


Sauce Ingredients:

  • 0.5 chopped mango
  • 0.5 cup sticky jasmine rice
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 1 tbsp. pickled red onion
  • 1 tbsp. sliced radish
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • 0.5 lime for garnish

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter, curry paste, maple syrup, sesame oil, and lime until silky smooth.
2. Chop the tofu into small cubes and fry in sesame oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and maple syrup until golden brown and crispy.
3. Chop the bowl ingredients (dice the mango, shred the red cabbage, slice the avocado, slice the radish) and add to a bowl with sticky jasmine rice and pickled red onion.
4. Garnish with fresh lime, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.

Spicy Peanut Butter Ramen
You just got home from a busy day and want a quick, flavorful, and comforting meal you can binge watch your favorite show on the couch with. Enter, Spicy Peanut Butter Ramen using your choice of GOOD GOOD Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter.

Spicy Peanut Butter Ramen

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 package ramen noodles

Toppings:

  • Lime
  • Green onion
  • Peanuts, crushed
  • Sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
1.) Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
2.) Meanwhile, combine the peanut butter, chili powder, chili oil, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
3.) Drain the noodles, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss until the noodles are fully coated. Garnish with chopped toppings or anything else you’d like.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup alternative powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container heavy cream whipped topping, thawed
  • GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel Spread, for topping
  • Peanuts, for topping

Directions:
1.) In a large bowl, beat together GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Fold in whipped topping until completely incorporated.

2.) Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Drizzle with warmed GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel Spead and top with peanuts. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

3.) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
4.) Add a little oil to a frying pan and once hot, pour in a third cup of the pancake batter.
5.) Fry until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the batter, flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
6.) Pile up the pancakes, layering with some raspberry jam in between.
7.) Top with fresh berries, raspberry jam, peanut butter, yogurt, granola, fresh mint, and edible flowers. Finish with a delicious drizzle of sweet syrup.
